Much more flexible than plastic pipes, FloorFlex stainless steel hose can be easily shaped as desired regardless of air temperature.

Due to the high efficiency, alternative insulation materials that are easier to install can be used instead of the insulation foams used in traditional underfloor heating systems.

In plastic underfloor heating installation, the thickness reaches 10-12 cm with the screed poured as a result of the thermal insulation board and pipe application laid on the floor, while in FloorFlex stainless steel installation, this application results in 4-5 cm including the screed.

In the FloorFlex floor heating system, the inner diameter of the hose is 15 mm. For this reason, easier circulation is provided and the load on the system is reduced. Since fewer meters of underfloor heating hose are used, less water is circulated and this provides more efficient heating with less water. On average, the desired temperature will be reached between 4-5 hours for plastic pipes and 1-2 hours for stainless pipes.
