In the city center of Afyonkarahisar, the floorflex™ underfloor heating system was applied in a residential project consisting of 56 apartments built by Afyon Construction. Within the scope of the project, 30,000 meters of floorflex™ underfloor heating pipe were used for a total living area of 19,600 m², establishing a modern radiant heating infrastructure providing high efficiency.
During the engineering and design process, underfloor heating circuits were designed in accordance with engineering calculations, taking into account the architectural structure and usage areas of each apartment. Ideal pipe intervals were applied to ensure that heat is distributed evenly across all living spaces, and the system’s efficiency was enhanced with insulation solutions that reduce energy losses. In the Atakum district of Samsun, the floorflex™ underfloor heating system was applied in a residential project consisting of 82 independent units developed by Elmakent. In the project, which has a total usage area of 14,760 m², 36,000 meters of floorflex™ underfloor heating pipe were used to create a high energy efficiency, comfortable, and long-lasting heating infrastructure.
Within the scope of the project, underfloor heating circuits suitable for the architectural plan of each independent unit were prepared, and a pipe layout was applied to ensure homogeneous temperature distribution throughout all living spaces. Planned with accurate engineering calculations, the system reduces energy consumption by providing high efficiency at low temperatures while elevating user comfort to the highest level.
